Introduction

ADP is an environmentally friendly phosphorus-based halogen-free flame retardant, the full name of which is aluminum diethyl hypophosphite. This flame retardant is a white powder, organic hypophosphite. The product is insoluble in water and organic solvents such as acetone, dichloromethane, methyl ethyl ketone, toluene, etc. ADP-added polymer produces an expanded carbon layer during the combustion process, which achieves the effects of heat insulation, oxygen insulation, and prevention of further spread of surface flames. To fire, flame retardant effect. The flame retardant does not hydrolyze, does not precipitate, and has good char-forming and self-extinguishing properties.

Application

ADP is a flame retardant suitable for thermoplastics and thermosets. It has high phosphorus content, good thermal stability and high flame retardant efficiency. Excellent water resistance, no hydrolysis, no precipitation, good coloring properties, physical and electrical properties. ADP is suitable for flame retardant modification of PA, PBT and PET. ADP can be used alone as a flame retardant, or it can be used in combination with other flame retardants, all of which can play a good flame retardant effect.

The processing temperature should not exceed 350°C.
