Introduction

Pirazine pyrophosphate is an expanded halogen-free environmental flame retardant, phosphorus, nitrogen as a flame retardant element, has formed an expanded carbon layer to block oxygen, ignition source mechanism plays a flame retardant role, compared with halogen flame retardants, with low smoke and low toxicity characteristics, fully in line with the European Union's 2002/95 / EC "on the restriction of the use of certain harmful substances in electrical and electronic equipment directive" (that is, RoHS directive), and REACH regulations and other environmental protection regulations. Piperazine pyrophosphate has excellent flame retardant efficiency, the added component is lower than the expansion flame retardant of ammonium polyphosphate system, and the thermal decomposition temperature is high, which can withstand higher processing temperatures.

Pirazine pyrophosphate has a wider range of applications, can be used for PP, GF PP, PE, TPE, TPU and other thermoplastic resins, can be adapted to injection molding, extrusion, molding and other processing methods. Piperazine pyrophosphate can also be used with some other phosphorus and nitrogen flame retardants to achieve better flame retardant effects. Piperazine pyrophosphate has high purity, better processing performance, easy to unload, no bridge, good product appearance, no agglomeration white spots, excellent resistance to heat aging and precipitation.
